Day 2

Today we learned about the business plan. I thought that is was great to look at the on actual business plan in our book on the tea company to see what it looks like in real life. This is important to know when created my portfolio  for this class as well as in the real world. The feasibility of a project is also important when making business desicions. I learned all of the components in a plan from the cover page, executive summary, mission, vision, culture, company description, opportunity analysis and research, marketing strategy and plan, management and operations, financial analysis and projections, funding request and exit strategy, and finally the appendices. The business plan saves time and money and is the key to raising capital and serves as an operations guide. I really can't wait to learn more and study on social entrepreneurs.
